Due to Shipping Restrictions on certain used animal products, we do not accept returns for the Thermotex™ blankets, however there is a 45 day return policy for the MendMeShop Ultrasound Therapy products.
To return a MendMeShop Therapeutic Ultrasound unit for a Full Refund:
- Please call us before returning the MendMeShop Therapeutic Ultrasound product. We like to know your unit is coming back.
- Mail* it back to us at MendMeShop, 637 Hurontario Street, Collingwood, Ontario, Canada L9Y 2N6
* Sending from the USA use the UNITED POSTAL SERVICE
DO NOT SEND BY UPS OR FED EX it takes longer to clear through the border if out of country, and a customs tax will be added that you will be responsible for paying.
- You may wish to insure your shipment when mailing it. (We do!)
- On the shipping label, please mark clearly Return For Refund.
- Please include the name and original shipping address inside the box (sending your receipt is helpful).
- We will refund the purchase amount of the ultrasound unit when we receive the complete unit back - no questions asked.
- We will also refund the purchase amount of all UNOPENED ultrasound gels as well. The small tube that comes with the unit is yours to use. Feel free to use it all as it does not affect your refund.
- We are not responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

- If you can't be without your unit during the exchange period, please call customer service replacement at 705-443-8010. We can bill a nominal amount to your credit card, ship a new one immediately and refund the charge when the defective unit is returned.
